I cannot log into my account

If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, you can RESET YOUR PASSWORD. You must use the same email used during registration.

My course/page is frozen, what do I do?

There may be several reasons for this. Please try the following:

  • Step 1. Delete temporary internet files, cookies, history, cache. If you do not know how to complete this process refer to the following website: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic.
  • Step 2. close your browser and open a new browsing window.
  • Step 3. navigate to this site and sign back in to your financial literacy account with your registered email and password.

I cannot print my certificate.

LOG IN using the email address and password established during registration and click on "My Courses" in the upper right menu. Click on "View Certificate" next to the corresponding course. In the pop-up window with your certificate, click "Print" in the lower left corner.
